wheel question ???

i have a 61 -- 1000 ,,,

will vw polo wheels fit my morris, they looklike minilites.....thanx in advance for your help chuck

The Minor is 4 x 4inch PCD. I'd guess that the VW wheels won't be! Likely to be something metric no doubt. 100mm PCD wheels may just fit over the studs, but you're likely to break studs when tightening the nuts, let alone trying to drive on them.

You can get adapters made, or more easily, find wheels that are 4 x 4inch PCD! There's a fair few to choose from, even on your side of the pond. MG Midgets, Minis, Austin Healey Sprites etc. Somewhere on this site is a long list of suitable donors.
